Nothing in this understanding shall entitle a client or customer to make any claim to ownership of the copyright to the materials.  Users may not make any other use of the materials other than those described here without prior written approval from Write It Well.

  1. Write It Well hereby grants permission to use these materials to deliver a training program on using copyrighted materials.
  2. The use of these materials shall be nonexclusive.
